Refunds
Due to Covid-19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or refunds. To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we've made this careful decision and we will revisit and update this policy once there is a clearer picture about the containment of this virus. 

Damages, Loss or Theft
LOU*MACK BEAUTY is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you choose to not use Route, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48hrs of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After the 48 hour window has expired, the resolve will be forfeited. Be sure to send a photo showing the damage or defect along with your: ORDER DETAILS, ORDER NUMBER, NAME, and PURCHASE DATE.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
